  1. We Hens all know how busy you and your sweet husband are–keep keeping us posted!!

  2. You’re back! So very glad! Even though I am lucky enough to get you in real life… I LOVE your sense of humor that shines through in your blog!!!! And every time I am in the store it has an incredible new look to it! Keep up the great work!!!!!

  3. Welcome back! Your shop looks amazing!! 🙂

  4. Glad your back too! I completely understand…my blog has been on hiatus for almost (cringe) two years.
I know your super busy but if you could let us know some tidbits on opening your own shop, advertising and some basics , that would be great! I’m just starting out trying to get my shop “seen” and to bring in business while we are still renovating. We’ve had much the same response to our whereabouts as you and have had great comments from customers but still need to increase traffic flow. So excited for you and best wishes for a successful year.

    • Will do, Judi! I had a few others ask me before, too. Of couse, you know that it won’t be the “right” way to open a store…just MY way! 🙂

  5. You certainly have been busy…the good kind of busy. Your store front is adorable, just wish I lived close enough to buy everything!!

  6. Sue from Renew says:

Wow, Jean, can’t believe how time flies. Love you commercial. Your store looks great. Hope to get down your way by the end of the month, fingers crossed. Sue

  7. Well son-of-a-gun…..I’m plowing through my 500 unread email.and look what popped up! Looks like you are rockin these days girl! Way to go!

    • Shocker, right?!! I’m not sure what I’m rockin’, but it ain’t no chair!! Trying to stay busy in my old age. I hope your house reno is going well!

  8. I have looked for you also hi and low more than once as a matter of fact. Of course if I had added you to my address book it would have been easier. Anyhoo soooo glad you have been so successful and I am not the least bit surprised!

  9. I can’t believe it! If I had a dime for every time I’ve come to check if you have posted . . . well, I’d have at least five dollars! Glad the commercials helped you out. Enjoy the rest of your summer!

  10. Jan Hebert says:

So glad that you’re posting again! I do see you on Pinterest a lot, love that, but I really enjoy actually seeing your home and what you’ve done with it. I totally understand the brick and mortar dream though. Can’t tell you how often I’ve dreamed of opening a shop. Would love to open a “rug hooking shop” with wool for hooking and penny rugs with all of the trimmings and maybe antiques and collectibles to go along with that theme, just not sure if it would be successful enough to “pay the rent” lol (would do it in a heartbeat if I had a barn here, not to mention the proper zoning). Good luck with yours, I’m sure it’s a lot more demanding but a lot more fun than blogging!
